Saleya Riviera Café was conceived on an excursion along the Cote d’ Azur that culminated in the port city of Nice, France. After a trip to the Cours Saleya farmer’s market, while drinking Champagne and enjoying oysters at a café on the Place Massena, we began planning our next restaurant venture for the San Marco neighborhood. We were inspired by the incredibly fresh ingredients, simplicity of the regional cuisine,
the convivial approach to dining, and several ice cold Negroni cocktails. We wish to share with you our passion for fresh baked bread,
small production wines, and the joy of sharing a meal with friends.
